ℹ️ What is Bulgogi?
Bulgogi, literally "fire meat", is a gui made of thin, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It is also often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking. Sirloin, rib eye or brisket are frequently used cuts of beef for the dish

ℹ️ What is Galbi?
Galbi, galbi-gui, or grilled ribs is a type of gui in Korean cuisine. "Galbi" is the Korean word for "rib", and the dish is usually made with beef short ribs. When pork spareribs or another meat is used instead, the dish is named accordingly

🥘 Sample Recipe for Braised Pork or Beef Ribs:
1kg ribs (cut to even size), 290g Beksul Galbi Sauce, Water 1.2kg, Potatoes 200g, carrots 100g

1. Blanch the pork ribs for 15 minutes to remove blood and cool it in cold water.
2. Put all cut vegetables, pork ribs, sauce and clean water into a pot
3. Boil over high heat for 20 minutes with the lid open
4. Close the lid over medium heat for 40 minutes
5. Ready to serve

🥘 Sample Recipe for Braised Chicken
1kg chicken, 290g Beksul Spicy Sauce for Braised Chicken, water 800g, potatoes 150g, carrots 100g. onions 50g, green onion 30g

1. Blanch chicken for 5 minutes in boiling water to remove blood and cool it in cold water
2. Put the chicken, beksul sauce, potatoes, carrots and water into a pot. When it starts to boil, simmer in high heat for 30 minutes then add onion and green onion.
3. Ready to serve.

*tip - add a dash of perilla oil and you can enjoy more deliciously
